1. Booking Confirmation:

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50 % of the total course fee for group bookings and 100 % for individuals.
The deposit secures the requested course date(s) and participant slot(s).

2. Payment Terms:

The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid no later than 5 days before the course commencement date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Details for payment will be provided upon booking confirmation. All payments are final and are non-refundable once the purchase is made. You may change your date and or course subject to availability and agreed with Nyxara Academy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

Participants may cancel their booking at any time. However, the deposit is non- refundable.

In the event of cancellation by Nyxara Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient registrations), participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid minus a 2% processing fee.

4. Rescheduling:

Participants may request to reschedule their course date up to 7 days before the original course date, subject to availability and approval by Nyxara Academy.

Rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the course date may incur an administrative fee.

5. Course Changes:

Nyxara Academy reserves the right to alter course dates, times, venues, or content where necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants during the course.

Nyxara Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from the course for disruptive behaviour, with no refund provided.

7. Liability:

Nyxara Academy is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants or their property during the course at any given time or at any given location.

Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the duration of the course, at any given time or at any given location.

8. Privacy Policy:

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for course administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Agreement:

By booking a course with Nyxara Academy, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
